Each session will be different for each client. Energy will guide the way throughout the session as I feel what the body needs and based on what you tell me. Please feel free to let me know where you believe your body holds the most tension and also which (if any) areas to avoid. ➕If there are any medical situations I should be aware of, or if any body injury I should also be aware of, please make sure to tell me.
